Brian Rhodes, P.E., an electrical engineer with more than thirty years of experience, is the President and Treasurer of DES. Brian is responsible for the company’s sales, electrical engineering and energy management activities.

Paul Pauline is DES's Vice President managing field operations and project management activities with forty (40) years experience.

The daily administration and operation of DES are managed by CEO, Gloria Rhodes. Gloria is also responsible for sales and marketing and provides the interface between the client and DES, ensuring that every phase of the project meets or exceeds client expectations.
